To answer your question, all psychologists must be registered with the governing body (NSRP/College) in their home jurisdiction and may be on the Courtesy Registry or be fully registered in Nova Scotia as well.

In Nova Scotia, one type of practice where registration requirements with NSRP do not apply is in the context of psychologists who provide services via telepsychology, as long as those psychologists are registered to practice in another Canadian jurisdiction.
