Registration items are reviewed on a monthly cycle. A cutoff of the 15th of each month applies, including applications for registration, requests for oral examinations, and transfer interview requests. Items must be complete and submitted by the 15th, with eligible items processed as soon as practicable and reviews completed by the end of the calendar month. Registration decisions are typically emailed no later than two weeks after the review is completed.
For items submitted in December, holiday office closures mean reviews may extend slightly into early January, but all processing will be completed by mid-January. Timelines may also be extended during office closures or other periods of reduced availability. If this affects a review, processing will be completed as soon as practicable thereafter.
