If after reviewing the above information, you aim to seek registration with NSRP, you can begin the initial verification process through the ACPRO portal by the initiating the process with CGFNS directly:
https://www.cgfns.org/contact/nCGFNS will obtain all the academic documentation, verify it and then share a report with NSRP. They then share with NSRP a report commenting on academic equivalency (e.g., equivalent to master’s or doctorate). This initial process is necessary in order for NSRP to review the report from CGFNS. The NSRP then determines whether the degree content is appropriate for psychology registration in Nova Scotia.
