REGULATING PSYCHOLOGISTS IN NOVA SCOTIA SINCE 1980

I will be requesting a change in my supervision and have read the information for this process on your website. My situation is a bit different, however, as my current co-supervisor has agreed to take me on full-time. In this way, Inwould have her as my sole supervisor. I imagine that in this case there are fewer forms that need to be completed – can you confirm which forms we are required to submit in this situation?

Actually since this would still involves a change in the supervision arrangement from co-supervision to supervision with 1 supervisor only. the board will still want the Change of Supervisor Evaluation Form completed, along with the supervision report from the outgoing supervisor covering the months of supervision with him (only since his last report was submitted).
