A client called saying they had not received an assessment that had been done several months ago and the client is not getting call backs on call and emails to the psychologist

You could let him know that the matter was reviewed. Procedurally, the NSRP is not in a position to become involved with the psychologist at this stage. However, you could indicate that another step that NSRP would recommend is for client to reach out again and inform the psychologist that they have been in touch with the NSRP about the matter (sometimes that can facilitate a reply from the psychologist).
