nPrevious Renewal Category: FullnRegister (Registered and Candidates)

nCurrent Renewal Category: Out ofnProvince Register

So in order to approve a change registration status to Out-of-Province, NSRP will still require proof of her registration in the other jurisdiction. Such proof does not have to be any special letter or form, just something verifying her registration is active.

Once you receive this proof, then you can change her registration to Out-of-Province from Full registration, to take effect at renewal time.
