Second, I was on the call for the NSBEP AGM and would like to offer to volunteer time for oral examinations or other external committee work. The response to my question about volunteering was that supervisors are needed; I coordinate NSBEP supervision when new psychologists join the IWK and the only reason I haven’t taken anyone myself is because I am usually supervising residents and/or practicum students. But I will put myself in the rotation to do this in the future.

Thank you very much for your willingness to serve in all of these capacities. We will add your name as a volunteer for committees and oral exams. The NSRP is currently conducting oral exams and transfer interviews via video platform. Would you be comfortable using this method for exams and interviews? The NSRP pays and honorarium of $100 per exam/interview, and typically these are done on the same days as NSRP meetings.
