I also just wanted to clarify, for the supervisor does it need to be someone from the board approved list of supervisors you provided me or can it be a registered clinical psychologist who I work for? For example, if I am at a hospital clinic and or join a private practice could I have a psychologist there act as my supervisor even if they are not on that list?

To answer your question, yes another suitable psychologist can be proposed even if they are not currently on the NSRP’s list of volunteer supervisors.

This request and the completed Supervisor’s Consent form and the Supervisor’s CV could be forwarded prior the approval if you like. The NSRP still must approve each supervision arrangement for a particular individual even if the potential supervisor’s name is on the list of volunteer supervisors
