REGULATING PSYCHOLOGISTS IN NOVA SCOTIA SINCE 1980

I am doing some due diligence about a proposed expert in a matter I am working on, and I noticed on your website that there is a notice that “You are free to contact the Board to enquire whether a disciplinary finding has been issued against a psychologist.”: https://www.nsbep.org/public/discipline-decisions/nCould you advise whether there have been any disciplinary findings issued against psychologist……nI presume this may not be possible, but could you also let me know if there have been any complaints that have either been dismissed or are under investigation?

The Assistant Registrar has checked our disciplinary records and there has never been any disciplinary action taken against that Psychologist. The NSRP does not provide information about the existence of complaints or non-disciplinary findings, but we would advise if there were any disciplinary actions (Issuance of Reprimand or greater) taken and in this case there has been none.
