I am moving practices and was under the impression that psychologists need to display their degrees to their patients. The current practice I am movingnto has a preference to not display degrees, but would obviously make exceptions if required to do so.Can you confirm if my degrees need to be displayed for patients to see or not so I can advise my new practice.

REGULATING PSYCHOLOGISTS IN NOVA SCOTIA SINCE 1980

I am moving practices and was under the impression that psychologists need to display their degrees to their patients. The current practice I am movingnto has a preference to not display degrees, but would obviously make exceptions if required to do so.

Can you confirm if my degrees need to be displayed for patients to see or not so I can advise my new practice.

NSRP does not require the degrees of the psychologist to be displayed in the office of the psychologist, but do expect the Registration Certificate to be displayed.
