If I wanted to do observation of research participants with cognitive impairment again via telepsychology from Ontario to Nova Scotia would I still need to obtain licensure verification from the College of Psychologists in Ontario?

NSRP no longer requires registration (as of September 29, 2021) If she just wants to practice via telepsychology and does not want to practice in-person. That would mean for utilizing telepsychology only she does not have to get a letter from CPO or to go on the Courtesy Register.
