I’m currently in the process of applying to be on the Candidate Register. If I understand correctly, applications are reviewed on a monthly basis? I was wondering if you could tell me when the next meeting will be held to review applications? And is there a deadline for complete documentation to be submitted prior to this review meeting?I’ve completed all degree requirements, including a CPA-accredited internship, for my PhD in Clinical Psychology (Dal) as of August 31st (graduation date: Sept. 29) and have secured a supervisor for my year of supervised practice. I’ve been newly employed by NSHA (psychologist position). Is it permissible to see clients under my supervisor’s supervision until I’m approved to be placed on the Candidate Register? Or must I refrain from seeing clients until approval by NSBEP to be a Candidate Register?Thank you for any guidance you can provide.
