You are right: that is not what we are looking for. We want CPO to confirm how many supervised practice hours she has completed as part of the College’s supervision process. We have had other registrants from CPO get a letter from the Director of Registration CPO verifying the number of hours, so it should not be a problem. However, perhaps the people she is communicating with at present may not be familiar with it. We also need the supervision reports that were completed as part of the CPO supervision, but the candidate can send the reports herself if she likes. So to clarify: the letter confirming the number of supervision hours needs to come from CPO, but the supervision reports can come from either the candidate or CPO.
