Please find a letter from my physiotherapist attached, that I believe meets the requirements outlined in the document you sent us.

It is non-specific to the EPPP as I am submitting it to work as well so she has written it generally, to cover all accommodations recommended. Several of them don’t apply to the context of writing the EPPP as it is a one-off situation. The only one that I am hoping might be feasible for the case of writing is additional time to facilitate breaks from the screen, for reasons detailed in the letter.

Just so you know: the registrar and I (at a minimum) have to review EPPP accommodations and then, if the decision is not favourable, it would need to go to the subcommittee. I think it will be okay, but I will get back to you to advise whether it has been approved. It may not be until Wed when the registrar and I do “the list”. Just wanting you to know. She may be thinking it will need to the subcommittee in any event.
