There is a psychologist at my practice who will be doing that. Do I need her to complete a form as well? If I have two supervisors are they still each required to meet with me 2 hours and complete forms each month or would 1 be considered my primary and could just get updates from the person who would supervise my adult assessments?I have uploaded your supervisor consent form and the Board would approve her to supervise your work with children and adolescents.

 I have consulted on your follow up question. It would be acceptable for the person at the practice to act as a mentor on this aspect of your work. In such a case, it would be important for the individual to provide support on your work with adults and supply regular workplace feedback to Holly, who could continue to act as your sole NSRP Supervisor. Alternatively, the NSRP would be amendable to approving an additional psychologist to complete this portion of NSRP supervision for your work with adults. In such a case you could divide the time between the 2 hours with each NSRP supervisor.
