I have a client whom is wanting to continue receiving services while in Nova Scotia for school, via telepsychology. This is an individual who is a resident of SK and contacted my office over the summer to receive services. They were however unfortunately placed on a waitlist and did not get their first session until they were already in Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the client was located in Nova Scotia until it came up mid conversation via telepsychology, as my staff failed to note where the client would be physically located for the first session. They had already been in my office the week prior and reviewed and signed the consent form, so I am not sure if you would consider her an existing client or new client?Please advise,

So the registrar and I have chatted and would like to handle this specific case in the following manner (thank you):We just need her to complete the forms, but instead of giving her a CR number when she returns the forms, just save them and all email correspondence in the CR file but do not assign a number or enter her into the database).
