She is being subpoenaed regarding a former client and she is wondering if she should be testifying since she is not on the registry. A psychologist co-singed the reports and attended and spoke at a conference on this matter. she is wondering:- if the other psychologist should be the one to testify and is she allowed to testify if she is not on the registry.

I am a doctoral student at McGill University in the Educational and Counselling Psychology program and intend to register in Nova Scotia as a psychologist. I am currently completing practica in Neuropsychological Assessment and Therapy as a supplement to my program.
I was wondering if you could provide more detail with regards to declaring competencies. Would extensive practicum/internship hours be sufficient for me to declare competency in neuropsychological evaluation? Or are there specific course, supervision, etc. requirements to be able to declare competencies? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

So my question is, as a registered psychologist who is considering offering virtual private practise, are there any resources/guides/forms that nsbep recommends or provides beyond the publicly available Standards of Practise, Code of Ethics, and emailed updates (namely during covid). For example with respect to a standard informed consent form and the like.

Please see below. Are psychologists able to be registered in NS and live in ON? How does that work. A psychologist fully registered in another province could be registered in NS and live in ON.
